had my hysterscopy today was quite worried. But was put totally put at ease by all the
staff.Very proffesional and caring . hardly felt anything and all over very quickly.Could not off experianced any better had i gone private. thanks

Mrs Delchar has a very calming and sensitive nature. She was very tentative and assured me that during the procedure, if I felt any pain, she would stop immediately. Thankfully, there was no pain felt at all. I was surprised when she said 'All done'!! I was very nervous at the start but her jovial attitude helped to calm me down. I wish more nursing staff were as upbeat as her and the other two nurses who were in the room with her. Very happy indeed.

I was very happy with my treatment from Lois Delchar. She was very cheerful, friendly and informative and put my mind at ease from the beginning and during the procedure. I would unconditionally recommend her way of dealing with patients.

I have been working at Queens Hospital as a Nurse Hysteroscopist and Advanced Nurse Practitioner since 2005. I enjoy my role in supporting women with menstrual issues who are referred to my own nurse-led clinics.
